Exchanges and returns

You may wish to return an item for either of the following two reasons:
  • Case 1: The item delivered corresponds with your online order. There are no defects, but you wish to return it.
  • Case2: The item delivered does not correspond with your online order (different color, style or size), or there is a defect.

If yours corresponds with case 1 then an exchange can be made.
If yours corresponds with case 2 then you are entitled to either an exchange or a reimbursement.

You have a 7-day time period after the reception of your order, within which to contact us via email info@jean-vier.com with any problems.You should state why you wish to return the goods (case 1 or 2), as well as the reference number of the article that you would like to receive in exchange.

We will look into your request and get back to you via email.

After you have received our reply, you should return the item to us. You must remember to enclose a paper copy of our email reply with the returning item. (If the value of the item you wish to receive in exchange, is greater than that of the item originally ordered, or if you need to pay supplementary delivery charges, please remember to include a check for the correct amount with the returning item.)

We ask you to send any returned items by express delivery only (Fedex, DHL, UPS etc.).

Your new article will be sent to you via recorded delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item, the total price of the new order should be equal to or greater than that of your initial order.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Returned items should reach us in their original state. Any items showing signs of use or uncharacteristic deterioration will not be accepted.

Articles that conform to orders placed and which are not faulty will be returned to us at the customers' own expense.
The customer will also be billed for delivery charges concerning the delivery of the replacement item.
All delivery charges are calculated based on contractual agreements between Cr�ations Jean Vier and la Poste.

All postal and delivery charges surrounding faulty articles or articles that do not correspond to online orders will be paid for by Jean Vier.



Reimbursement

You will be reimbursed for any faulty goods or goods received that were not part of an online order.
If you would like to be reimbursed you must state this in an email concerning the return of the goods.
You will be reimbursed after you request has been looked into and we have received the goods for which the reimbursement is being given. Payment will be made by crediting your credit card with the correct amount.
