Delivery in Metropolitan France

For delivery outside Metropolitan France, there are several delivery methods:

Free pick-up in your nearest Maison Jean-Vier store

When you pick up your order directly from the store, there are no shipping fees! After confirmation, your order will be delivered to the Maison Jean-Vier store of your choice in 2–4 working days (Monday–Saturday – excluding public holidays and exceptional periods).

Head to your store when you receive an email indicating that your items are available to collect.

Before picking up your order, check the opening hours for your store. And don’t forget to bring a valid piece of ID! Click here to find a list of our stores, with address and opening hours.

Delivery of home linen and accessories via Relais Colis:

- Delivery to a post office:

Deliveries are made without appointment. Once your order is confirmed, delivery will take place within 3–5 days (Monday–Friday – except public holidays and exceptional periods and unless otherwise stated during the order process). Once you receive a dispatch confirmation email, you can go to the post office website to track your package.

Head to your post office when you receive an email indicating that your items are available to collect.

Before picking up your order, check the opening hours for your post office. And don’t forget to bring a valid piece of ID!

- Delivery to a retailer:

Deliveries are made without appointment. Once your order is confirmed, delivery will take place within 3–5 days (Monday–Friday – except public holidays and exceptional periods and unless otherwise stated during the order process). Once you receive a dispatch confirmation email, you can go to the post office website to track your package.

Head to your selected retailer when you receive an email indicating that your items are available to collect.

Delivery of home linen and accessories to the address of your choice via courier:

- Standard delivery with La Poste Colissimo:

Deliveries are made without appointment. Once your order is confirmed, delivery will take place within 2–4 days (Monday–Friday – except public holidays and exceptional periods and unless otherwise stated during the order process). Once you receive a dispatch confirmation email, you can go to the post office website to track your package. If you are not at home when a delivery attempt is made, a note will be left so that you can pick your order up from the nearest post office.

Packages will be held at the post office for 15 calendar days. If you do not pick up your order within the time specified by the carrier, the items will be returned to Maison Jean-Vier and you will be charged for shipping again if you want the order to be redelivered. Items from the same order may be spread out across several boxes (if necessary due to the items’ volume or quantity). In this case, they should be delivered in one go, unless there are any specific problems (temporary or definitive unavailability of a certain product, for example).

- Express delivery with Chronopost:

Deliveries are made without appointment. Once your order is confirmed, delivery will take place within 1–2 days (Monday–Friday – except public holidays and exceptional periods and unless otherwise stated during the order process). Once you receive a dispatch confirmation email, you can go to the Chronopost website to track your package. If you are not at home when a delivery attempt is made, a note will be left so that you can pick your order up from the nearest post office. Delivery of furniture range to the address of your choice via courier:

Large items from this range will be delivered by our carrier: BMV. Once your order is confirmed, delivery will take place within 5–7 days (Monday–Friday – except public holidays and exceptional periods and unless otherwise stated during the order process).

These elements will be specified on your order summary. Once they receive your order, BMV will send you an email with a URL, through which you can track your package online. A text message will then be sent to you from your nearest BMV branch when they receive your package, so that you can organise delivery on the day and at the place that suits you best. Delivery will be made to your home, at your front door or at the front door of your building, in the case of a flat (garage or cellar also accepted). Unpacking and assembly remain at your expense.

Delivery within the European Union
