Bronze status
From 0 to 499 points.
As soon as you register, you become a Bronze member and automatically benefit from the advantages of this status. You accumulate points to reach Silver status.
If after 36 months of eligibility for Bronze status, you have not acquired any points, you leave the loyalty programme.
You will receive a 10% birthday discount valid for 30 days and can be combined with other current promotions. This discount does not apply to custom-made orders.
Silver status
From 500 to 999 points.
As soon as you have accumulated 500 loyalty points, you become a Silver member and benefit from the advantages of this status. You continue to accumulate points to reach Gold status.
If at the end of the 12-month period of eligibility for the Silver level, you have not acquired any points, you will only be eligible for the level below, Bronze.
You will receive a 15% birthday discount valid for 30 days and can be combined with other current promotions. This discount does not apply to custom orders.
Gold status
From 1000 points to infinity.
You have accumulated 1000 loyalty points! Benefit from the exceptional advantages of Gold status.
If at the end of the 12 month period of eligibility for Gold status, you have not acquired any points, you will only be eligible for the level below, Silver.
You will receive a 20% birthday discount valid for 30 days and can be combined with other current promotions. This discount does not apply to made-to-measure orders.
