Maison Jean-Vier strives to guarantee your satisfaction.
You have 30 days starting from your order date to change your mind and return your items.
Return fees will be taken care of by Maison Jean-Vier only in Metropolitan France.
To make a return, there are two options:
Satisfaction or your money back (via the website only)
You can return your products within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
If you would like a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer account and go to the ‘My account’ section, then ‘My orders’
- Then, click on the order that corresponds to the product(s) you wish to return. You will then see a ‘Return items’ tab
- Fill in the return form, specifying your reasons for each product, then submit your request
- An automatic email will confirm that your return request has been received
- Within 24–48 hours, you will receive a prepaid return label by return mail for your free return (*excluding customised items)
- Print out the label, stick it to your return package and specify the return number in the sender box
- Once we have received and checked the items, your bank account will be credited the amount of the return as soon as possible
- Items returned via post must be in perfect condition, packaged in their original packaging and accompanied by the delivery note that came inside the parcel.
Refund options: Maison Jean-Vier will refund you for the returned items as soon as possible and within 15 days of receipt of your package at our warehouse, at the original price charged and directly to the bank account used for payment.
Free exchanges in Maison Jean-Vier stores
For orders placed on the website www.jean-vier.com, Maison Jean-Vier stores can only offer exchanges, not refunds.
The exchange can be made for the relevant amount and on either part or all of the order, through selection of other items or a voucher valid in all shops in the network. To do this, simply go to your nearest Maison Jean-Vier store with your delivery note attached to the package and the products you wish to exchange.
IMPORTANT: Only unwashed, unused items (unless the contrary is indicated elsewhere) with their labels will be exchanged.
Faulty or non-compliant item?
If your item is faulty or non-compliant, Maison Jean-Vier will exchange it as soon as possible. You can make the return via the website like an ordinary return, and indicate the reason. You can also return it to a Maison Jean-Vier store.
